Intezar (35) had yesterday lured the boy to his home by promising him candies and sodomized him. On hearing the boy's cries, his parents and local residents rushed to the house and found him covered in blood, police said.
They beat him up before handing him over to police. A case has been registered against the accused under Section 377 (unnatural offences) of IPC anf POCSO Act.
