45 bonded labourers freed

Forty-five bonded labourers working in a brick kiln in Rawa village of Baghpat district were rescued by a team of police and labour department.
On a complaint that some labourers were kept forcibly in the brick klin, a raid was carried out yesterday and the labourers were freed, officials said.
The labourers were sent to their native village in Kairana.
