5 get life term for abducting, killing contractor
Five people were sentenced to life imprisonment for abducting and murdering a contractor at Husainpur village here in 2012.
Judge Shabista Akil convicted Kadir, Zahid, Sakib, Khalid and Akbar Saturday.
A fine of Rs 5,000 each was also imposed on the convicts.
According to the prosecution, contractor Naeem was abducted and killed at Husainpur village in the district on April 4, 2012.
