Four new cases were reported from the city and another from Hooghly district thus taking the total number of people affected with the H1N1 virus to 63, Principal Secretary (Health and Family Welfare) Moloy Dey said.
"Going by the disease's trend in our state for the last 15 days, I don't think it will take a big shape. The indication is such and I think it may slow down within next couple of weeks," Dey said.
Three people have died of swine flu in the state so far this year.
