GRP sources said the arrested belong to Gualipara village and nearby areas under Delang police station limits in Puri district.
The arrest was made two days after a mob set on fire a coach of the train at Delang railway station and ransacked the station on April 17 following the death of a local boy who fell from a running train.
The boy, who was travelling in Barbil-Puri Express on Thursday night tried to jump from the running train at Delang station but fell. The train did not have stop at the station.
The mob also damaged furniture at Delang station, the official said.
The locals are demanding stops at Delang and Kanas Road station.
