52 shops at biz complex burgled; electronic items, cash looted

Burglars struck at a commercial complex in the Shakarpur area of east Delhi and made off with electronic goods and over Rs 1 lakh in cash which they stole from 52 shops and offices in the building, police said.
According to police, the burglary was carried out last night at Bhagwati Business Centre, a three-storied building which houses about 80 shops and offices.
LCD TVs, laptops and other electronic goods were looted by the burglars along with over Rs 1 lakh in cash, police said.
No arrests have so far been made in the case with police saying they have questioned the security guard at the complex and were examining footage of CCTV cameras installed there.
