The incident took place when a police team reached the locality after receiving information about a dispute between two parties over a piece of land.
As soon as the police team reached there, angry mob started pelting stones and bricks, causing injuries to SO, Civil Lines, Vinod Kumar and others and damaging the jeep of another officer.
An FIR has been registered against 50 persons. 10 persons have been identified in the complaint by Sadar Station Officer Balbeer Singh, they said.
