61 kg of silver seized in Seoni district of MP
A surveillance team of the state government and police seized 61 kg of silver at Chhapara town during vehicle-checking in Seoni district of the poll-bound Madhya Pradesh Wednesday.
Chhapara tehsildar Jyoti Dhoke said the silver was recovered from a car driven by Phulchand Jain, a resident of Jabalpur.
The case was handed over to the Income Tax Department for further investigation, Dhoke said.
