The event has been hosted by Arni municipal council and the Arni branch of Vidarbha Sahitya Sangh.
The venue has been named as 'Vasantrao Naik Sahitya Nagari'.
Poet Shankar Bade would preside over the meet, said co-ordinator of the Sammelan Arif Baig here today.
Social Justice Minister Shivajirao Moghe is head of the reception committee. The Sammelan would start with a book procession (Granth-dindi) at 10 am on February 21.
The three-day convention would have poetry recital sessions, discussions, skit and story-telling performances, interviews, among other things.
