"Till date 69 infrastructural projects under destination and circuit development schemes have been completed, out of which 62 have been completed during last four years in the state," Tourism Minister G A Mir told Legislative Assembly in a written reply.
Union Ministry of Tourism had sanctioned 144 infrastructural projects costing Rs 581 crores under destination and circuit development schemes in the state since their inception in 2005-06.
As many as 75 projects are under implementation, Mir said, adding 67 more projects are expected to be sanctioned in coming days of the current financial year and Departmental Project Reports (DPRs) of which have been already submitted to the Central government.
