7 IAS officers transfered in UP

In a minor reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government today transferred seven IAS officers, including the Ghaziabad Municipal Commissioner.
Municipal Commissioner of Ghaziabad S K Singh has been put on the wait list and District Magistrate Vimal Kumar Sharma has been given additional charge of the post, a spokesman said here.
Kalpana Awasthi, Commissioner National Capital Region Ghaziabad, has been shifted as Additional Resident Commissioner Uttar Pradesh at New Delhi.
Kush Verma, who was on the wait list, has been posted in Awasthi's place, the spokesman said.
Secretary, Irrigation and Water Resources, Dheeraj Sahu has been transferred to Sodic Land Development Department in the same capacity.

Govind Raju N S, who was on the wait list, has been posted as Special Secretary, Rural Development, he said.
Special Secretary, Agriculture Production Commissioner Branch, Surendra Singh has been shifted to Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department in the same capacity.
