Suspected Maoists today
killed a 70-year-old man at Chota Bandih village of Seraikela-Kharswan distirct, police said.
Acting on information, an armed police force rushed to spot and found the body of Mohan Singh Munda of Dalbhanga under the same police station area, a police official said.
Police recovered two leaflets from near the body, which fuelled speculation about involvement of Naxalites.
The throat of Munda was found slit with a sharp weapon, sources said.
An FIR has been lodged and the body sent for post-mortem.
