Of the 72,195 students who appeared for the test, 63,768 (88.33 percent) qualified.
In the first APICET after division of the state, Kodali Bhargav, native of Kakinada, came first by scoring 163 marks.
Of the 48,123 boys who appeared for the test, 42,549 candidates (88.42 percent) qualified. Of the 24,072 girls, 21,219 (88.15 percent) qualified.
The results are available on www.Apicet.15.Org, www.Apsche.Org and www.Andhrauniversity.Edu.In.
The rank cards can be downloaded from the websites from May 28 onwards by entering hall ticket number and date of birth, said chairman of APICET-2015 and vice-chancellor of AU, GSN Raju.
Convener of APICET-2015 Ch V Ramachandra Murthy said that the counselling process for admissions will be announced soon.
