The duo has been identified as Deepak alias Deepu (22)- who is the kingpin - and Babar Khan (20), both residents of Dwarka.
They were ensnared from Kakrola area of the city on a tip-off. The policemen also recovered a stolen Honda Activa scooty and four robbed mobile phones from them.
"We received secret information yesterday that the duo would come to the aforesaid area in the evening. Accordingly, our team swung into action to arrest them," police said in a statement.
Further investigation in the matter is underway to affect more recovery and to ascertain their involvements in other cases also, cops added.
