The party also accused Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) of not taking any action in the case.
An FIR should be registered under Section 306 of IPC against Kejriwal and DCW chairperson Swati Maliwal, SAD's city unit president Manjit Singh GK said in a letter to Lt Governor Najeeb Jung.
"Kejriwal, who came to power in Delhi by promising women safety, is leading a team of party workers who see women with bad intentions," Manjit alleged.
The woman apprised DCW of the matter in a complaint, but the Commission dragged its feet on the matter, he alleged.
"When the National Commission for Women is taking action in the matter, why not DCW? I fail to understand why the Commission promptly took up the issue related to former hockey captain Sardar Singh when a case had already been registered in Ludhiana," Manjit said.
The Commission wanted to expand its "political intentions to Punjab", he alleged.
