The decision was taken during the meeting of the party's Election Campaign Committee of Punjab held here.
Giving details National Spokesman and party's in charge in Punjab Sanjay Singh said today after having detailed deliberations and consultations with the several members of the election campaign committee it has been decided to constitute a central panel which would be the final decision making body on the issue of anyone joining the party in Punjab.
Sanjay Singh said all zonal and sector in charge and also the central observers of the party in Punjab have been informed with immediate effect that they should not decide or effect any new joining in the party without or before consulting the central panel.
The decision has been taken to streamline the various joining in the party all across the state.
