Actress Sana Khan files case of cheating against media

The police today registered a case of cheating against a media consultant for allegedly duping actress Sana Khan of Rs 9 lakh by promising to get her two shanties in a slum which was about to be redeveloped.
The woman consultant had last week filed a complaint of assault against Khan.
"We have registered a case against the 40-year-old media consultant," said an officer attached to the suburban Oshiwara police station.
According to the police, the consultant took Rs 9 lakh from Khan with the promise of getting her two shanties in a slum, a prospective redevelopment site, but did not keep her word.

When Khan asked her to return the money, the consultant refused and threatened to destroy her career.
Last week, the consultant had filed a case of assault against Khan, her boyfriend Ismail and their servant. Police had arrested Khan and the other two before they got bail from the court.
Khan has appeared in Salman Khan-starrer 'Jai Ho'. She was also took a part in the reality TV show Bigg Boss in 2012.
