Adani Enterprises unit buys Duryodhana Developers

Adani Green Energy, a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd, has acquired 100 per cent equity shares of Duryodhana Developers.
"Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), a subsidiary of the Company, has acquired 100 per cent equity shares of Duryodhana Developers Pvt Ltd ("DDPL") on December 21, 2015," Adani Enterprises Ltd informed BSE.
DDPL incorporated in June is yet to commence its business operations, it said.
"DDPL was incorporated in India and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on June 23, 2015 and is yet to commence its business operations," it added.
