The annual mega event will have free workshops for farmers to create awareness and educate them about innovations and new technologies in the farm sector.
It will also supplement resources and provide practical guidance on cultivation issues, Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, who is the event's chief patron, told reporters here yesterday.
A day-long conference on food processing will be held on December 6. The event will also showcase a wide range of agricultural equipment and products.
The event is supported by Gadkari's Purti Group, Vidarbha Economic Development Council, National Horticulture Mission, Crop Care Federation of India, Soyabean Processors Association of India, National Seed Association of India and Federation of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
