AI Express flight from Singapore cancelled

An Air India Express flight from Singapore, scheduled to land here was cancelled today, airline officials said.
However, they did not give any reasons for cancellation of the flight this afternoon.
The flight was on the Kuala Lumpur-Tiruchirappalli -Chennai-Kuala Lumpur sector.
As many as 38 passengers waiting for the flight at the Tiruchirapalli airport were ferried to Chennai by bus from they took another Air India Express flight for their onward journey, they said.
