The workers of AIMIM and Sena separately reached the MSEDCL head office at Millcorner Jubilee Park at around 11.30 am and demanded relief from load shedding as it was hampering small businesses and the studies of the students.
They presented a memorandum to MSEDCL city engineer Suresh Ganeshkar demanding rollback of load shedding decision.
AIMIM MLA Imtiyaz Jaleel, said, the small businesses in city and production units are facing a lot of problems and the economy has been hampered.
Pradeep Jaiswal and Ambadas Danve who led the Shiv Sena delegation demanded abolition of load shedding in 16 areas of the city.
