Akhilesh Yadav writes letter to Jaitley

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has written a letter to Union Finance Minister, suggesting measures to strengthen urban infrastructure facilities and seek release of funds under the JNNURM scheme.
In his letter sent to Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, the Chief Minister has requested release of Rs 252.30 crore sanctioned under the JNNURM scheme, an official spokesman said here.
The CM also asked the Union Minister to direct banks to bring credit-debit ratio to 60 per cent as fixed by the Reserve Bank of India.
He said at present the CD ratio is only 52 per cent which is less than the ratio fixed by the Central government.

The Chief Minister also suggested measures to strengthen urban infrastructure facilities.
