Genevieve Sabourin, who has been calling herself Baldwin's ex-girlfriend, testified on November 14 describing her long phone conversations with the '30 Rock' star, reported TMZ.
She said Baldwin, 55, had picked her up at her hotel on February 18, 2011. They went to a Broadway play and then had an intimate dinner together, eating off of each other's plate. Sabourin said that she drank chardonnay, while Baldwin had water.
According to Sabourin, Baldwin took her back to hotel where he suggested to have another glass of water.
Sabourin added that later Baldwin gave her an e-mail address and they exchanged e-mails and talked on phone regularly.
Baldwin had denied that they had a romantic relationship, claiming that it was Sabourin's imagination.
According to Baldwin, he and Sabourin only had a dinner once in 2010 and that was it. They met through a mutual friend.
