Almond (California) prices rose by Rs 300 per 40 kg at the wholesale dry fruits market in the national capital today following increased buying by retailers and stockists and fall in supplies from overseas markets.
Prices of Almond (california) rose by Rs 300 to conclude at Rs 19,500-19,700 per 40 kg while its kernel prices went up by Rs 30 to finish at Rs 720-735 per kg.
Marketmen said increased buying by retailers and stockists amid fall in supplies from overseas markets mainly pushed up almond california prices.
