American tourist stabbed to death in Thailand

An American tourist was allegedly stabbed to death and his son injured by three Thai pub musicians after he refused to stop singing at a bar in the popular beach resort of Krabi, police said today.
Bobby Carter, 51, was stabbed twice in the chest by the musicians after he joined them on stage to sing and refused to stop singing when the band took a break.
Carter's son Adam, 27, suffered a stab wound to his arm during the brawl which broke out between the Carters and the band members at Ao Nang beach pub in Krabi.
The three musicians have been arrested.
