A combined team Assam Rifles and police found 920 rounds of .38 revolver, 21 rounds of .303 rifle, one 40 mm Lathod shell and one radio set along with battery and charger.
Based on intelligence inputs, the security men found the war-like stores wrapped in a bag of cement underneath in an open field yesterday, the release said.
The ammunition was handed over to the police.
