Anil Harish resigns as ind director of Hotel Leelaventure

Hotel Leelaventure today said Anil Harish its independent director has resigned from the board with effect from November 17, 2016.
"Mr Anil Harish, independent director, has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors with effect from November 17, 2016 in view of his other commitments," Hotel Leelaventure said in a filing to BSE.

Himatsingka Seide Group CFO K P Pradeep resigns
Home textiles firm Himatsingka Seide's President Finance & Group CFO K P Pradeep has put in his papers.
Its board of directors at their meeting held today "considered and accepted the resignation of K P Pradeep as the President Finance & Group CFO of the company", Himatsingka Seide said in a regulatory filing.

"The resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on January 07, 2017. The new Group CFO will be appointed in due course," the company said.

Union Minister Bandaru Dattaterya today said that technology is neither good or bad and its impact depends on the mindset of the user.
The minister said that technology in itself is neither good nor bad, it is the mindset with which it is used that decides its impact, Labour Ministry quoted Dattatreya as saying.
For India, the need of hour is good governance and for that accountability and transparency are required, which can be ensured through technology. Whether one changes or not, time will change, he added.
