"We have been interrogating Doley since this morning. After we got sure of his involvement in the scam, we have arrested him," a senior Assam Police official told PTI here.
The police will produce Doley in the court tomorrow and will seek 14 day's remand, he added.
Earlier APSC Chairman Rakesh Kumar Paul, its member Samedur Rahman and Assistant Controller of Examinations of APSC Pabitra Kaibarta were arrested.
After the arrest of Paul, Doley had allegedly set ablaze a huge quantity of paper and told media that he had asked to burn non-official papers lying in his room to prevent breeding of dengue mosquitoes.
