"I make my directors struggle. I make them wait. I think if you give someone something easily, they don't value it. I ensure that directors have enough patience level, can the lead the team, as well as handle things properly during shoots," Kashyap said.
Presently, he is looking forward to the release of 'Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana', a movie which he has co-produced along with UTV Motion Pictures.
"I was in the office when director Samir Sharma came to me with the concept. I liked it and hence decided to produce it. This is a very original film. There is a Malayalam food film made there, and here we are making it," he said.
Starring Kunal Kapoor and Huma Qureshi in the lead, the film is directed by debutant Samir Sharma.
"It is a mad, quirky film which revolves around food. I have not made this film but I like it," Kashyap said.
The film is set to release on November 2.
