AP receives Rs 13.93 cr under MSDP from Centre

Andhra Pradesh has received Rs 13.93 crore under Multi-sectoral Development Programme (MSDP) for the development of schools in the selected minority populated towns.
Minority Welfare Minister Palle Raghunatha Reddy Palle Raghunadha Reddy said in a press release.
"Kadiri, Guntakal, Rayachoti, Proddatur and Narasaraopet towns are identified for the implementation of MSDP. Under this project, school buildings and hostels for the minorities would be constructed or remodeled. Also girls from minorities will be given scholarships and cycles at free of cost," he said.
