"Recruitment in Army is conducted purely on merit basis. Thus youth should not fall prey to touts," said Director of Recruiting Office, Charkhi Dadri, Colonel Rajesh Sharma.
He said biometric and computer systems will be used in the recruitment drive to be conducted at Government Model Senior Secondary School, Narnaul, from July 11 to July 19.
"Some anti-social elements are always trying to cheat youth on false grounds. There is a need to remain careful from them," he said.
He urged the candidates not to take any kind of steroids as urine and blood samples would be tested during recruitment.
