The Colonel was arrested on November 22 based on a complaint filed by the 21-year-old daughter of an Lieutenant Colonel posted at the Army Training Command (ARTRAC) here.
Civil judge Kanika Gupta sent the Army officer to judicial custody till December 8.
In her complaint, the woman alleged that the officer called her to his house on the pretext of helping her in pursuing career in modelling and sexually assaulted her after forcing her to consume spiked drinks.
