Army to hold 7-days recruitment rally in Doda

The Army will hold a seven-days long recruitment rally in Jammu and Kashmir's Doda district from March 22.
"The 159 Infantry Battalion Territorial Army (TA) (Home & Hearth) DOGRA will be organizing recruitment rally for Soldier (General Duty) Category at Sports Stadium, Doda from Mar 22 to 29" a Defence spokesman said.
Eligible candidates volunteering to join the Territorial Army can report for screening on all the seven days of the rally, he said.
"A written test, medical and interview for the candidates screened in the rally will be held at Battalion headquarters from March 25 to 29" he said.

"The age of the candidate should be from 18 to 42 years. Education qualification should be matric pass. Height of the candidate should be 160 cm, weight minimum 50 Kgs and Chest 77 cm with expansion five cm," he said.
