Planning Secretary Sonam Chombay signed the MoU yesterday on behalf of the state government while Deputy General Manager of NEDFi Monuj Das represented the financial institution, joint director (Programme monitoring unit) Mokir Ori said here today.
According to the MoU, the total SPA projects for field and physical monitoring by the NEDFi are 266 with a total sanctioned cost of Rs 62,635.05 lakh in the eastern zone covering nine districts from Longding to Upper Siang.
The MoU for monitoring of 2011-12 and 2012-13 SPA projects in the western zone of the state could not be signed and finalized due to unavoidable circumstances. A final date and time would be fixed with the NABConS for signing of the MoU, the release informed.
