It would be heard by Justice V M Pancholi on May 25.
Prosecution sources said that Sai's mother was going to be operated and the date had been fixed, hence he wanted bail.
On April 16 the High Court granted him bail for three weeks for attending to his mother Lakshmiben who is suffering from a cervical ailment.
However, the Supreme Court, on April 29, modified the order saying that Sai should be released only after the date of operation was fixed. The Gujarat police had sought cancellation of his temporary bail on the grounds that he may tamper with the evidence.
Lakshmiben too was arrested in one of these cases on the charge of abetment; later she got bail.
