"Ashoka Buildcon Limited has emerged as the lowest bidder for these projects at the bid opening meeting held on February 21, 2014. The aggregate cost of the projects is Rs 292.03 crore," the company said in a filing to the BSE today.
The projects are pertaining to rehabilitation and upgradation of NH-222 from end of Malshej Ghat to start of Ane Ghat section and Ane-Ghat to start of Ahmednagar bypass section in Maharashtra to two lanes with paved shoulders.
The company had submitted its bids to the Public Works Department, Government of Maharashtra represented by Chief Engineer (National Highways) engaged by MoRTH.
