Kutcher, 36, got friendly with pop diva's manager Guy Oseary which turns out to be an end to the friendship of Madoona and Moore, reported Showbiz spy.
"The 'Two and a Half Men' star has openly stolen Madonna's manager, Guy Oseary, as a friend from Demi, and now Guy and Madonna have mutually frozen Demi out of their lives" a source said.
Kutcher, who is engaged to actress Mila Kunis, is said to be very close to Oseary and they often throw parties together.
