More than 60 Chinese, Indian, Korean and Pakistani groups filed a complaint with the civil rights offices at the Justice and Education departments Friday. They want an investigation, and say these schools should stop using racial quotas or racial balancing in admission.
Harvard says its approach to admissions has been found to be "fully compliant with federal law." Officials also say the number of Asian students admitted increased from 17.6 per cent to 21 per cent over the last decade.
