Assembly question: Speaker adjourns House for officers 'declining' reply

Delhi Assembly Speaker Ram Niwas Goel today adjourned the House proceedings for half-an-hour in protest against officers "declining" answer to a question raised by the legislator on "reserved subjects."
The state Assembly was rocked yesterday also with the Centre asking Speaker Goel not to accept any question on "reserved subject."
