Attacker and one of his victims die, two others injured

In a bizarre incident in the Garden Reach area today, the attacker and one of his victims died today while two others were fighting for life, the police said.
The incident happened this afternoon when one Ram Samuj Singh (57) attacked three persons - Rabindra Kumar Singh (58), Sravan Chowbey (56) and M Lal Shaw (57) with an iron rod inside Kesoram Cotton Mill in the Garden Reach area, a senior Kolkata Police officer said.
After the attack, Ram jumped off the roof of the mill and injured himself badly, he said.
On rushing to the spot, the police rushed the four to SSKM hospital where Ram and Rabindra were declared "brought dead," the officer said adding the other two were fighting for life.

A case has been started in connection with the incident, the police added.
