The 47-year-old Maharashtrian actor, who has won the National Award for Bollywood films 'Hey Ram' and 'Chandni Bar', will be seen presenting the real picture of the city of Mumbai in the docu drama.
"I am happy to be associated with a show like 'Savdhaan India'. Being a Mumbaikar myself, I feel it is extremely important to make my fellow citizens aware of the crime rates in the city and how they can fight against them," Kulkarni said in a statement.
The new series will air from August 10 on Life OK.
