Autorickshaw driver beaten up, dies

An autorickshaw driver succumbed to injuries he suffered after he was badly beaten up by a person for humiliating his father at Lake Garden's Gobindapur Road area today.
The accused Pradip Kar was arrested.
Anukul Naskar died at a hospital this morning from injuries he sustained after being beaten up by Pradip Kar last night for humiliating the latter's father Subhas Kar, a mentally-challenged person, the police said.
