"He will join the board as an Executive Director, subject to approvals," the company said in a statement.
The board was unanimous in its choice of Mritunjay with his background and experience of managing large operations and businesses at Infosys and leading growth in his last position at Persistent including new markets, Sudhakar Gande, Vice Chairman, AXISCADES said.
Mritunjay Singh was Executive Director and President of Persistent Services Business. He was the COO of the company responsible for operations across products, platforms and services, the company said.
