The super speciality hospital in Tanda, with a capacity of 210 beds will cater to patients suffering from heart, kidney, diabetes, gastro ailments and Cancer.
All these units will will be operational in next three months.
Both Azad and Himachal Chief Minister Vir Bhadra Singh could not reach Tanda from Mandi due to infavourable weather conditions. The Union Minister was at Mandi to inaugurate a Cancer hospital there.
"The work on these medical collages shall start soon, and the project will cost Rs 190 crore," Azad said.
Speaking on the occasion, Bali said the central minister has promised to set up two trauma and burns centers in the state.
