Veer Pal Yadav was apprehended from satellite bus station in the city, Superintendent of Police Rajiv Malhotra said.
He said Veer Pal was here to surrender in the court tomorrow.
Earlier, on January 6, the other accused, constable Avnish Yadav was held by the Special Task Force and local police when he was about to board a Delhi-bound train in Bareilly.
He was later remanded to the judicial custody for 14 days.
Both the constables were dismissed after they were accused of raping the girl after abducting her at Musajhag Police Station on the New Year's eve.
The medical examination of the girl has confirmed the rape.
A financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh was given to family members of the victim from the Chief Minister's Fund.
