Ghosh, had played the lead role in the first Indo-Bangla joint production 'Beder Meye Jyotsna' in 1991. It was the remake of a 1989 film reputed to be the highest grossing Bangladeshi film of all time. She is now the lead actress of another city-based 'jatra' company.
Ghosh in her complaint said she was in North Dimajpur on Monday acting in a 'jatra' at Itahar, where she came to know that her name was being used by the Kolkata-based company to sell tickets for another show the next day in the same area.
