The 'Dhawa' brand is a casual and contemporary full-service hotel that fuses imaginative design, comfort and technology into a single stay experience, the hospitality group said in a release.
Under this brand, the Banyan Tree group is planning to launch two properties next year - one in the eastern coastal town of Bo'ao on Hainan Island in China in March, 2016, and the other in Las Brujas in Cuba that would open in July, 2016.
The two new hotels would be followed by openings in Pu'er, Leishan and Luo Yang in China, and Bangkok and Phuket in Thailand.
Banyan Tree group manages or has ownership interests in over 38 hotels and resorts, more than 70 spas and 80 retail galleries.
