"We have 74 restaurants in India and one in Dubai. We will start another 50 restaurants in the next fiscal and will have 300 restaurants by 2020," Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd (Regional Manager South) Ritam Mukherjee said here.
"We will further add more restaurants in Hyderabad, besides looking at cities like Tirupati, Nellore, Madurai, Salem, Kozhikode," he said.
When asked about demonetisation, he said, "It has not impacted us really, as most of our patrons use cards."
"Southern Heat presents the traditional dishes of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This is the first time we are doing a local food festival and it is part of our drive to innovate. Our signature dishes will still be available for our patrons," Mukherjee added.
