The Speaker of Puducherry Assembly V Vaithilingam, who accompanied the Lt Governor during the visit to Karuvadikuppam and the areas in its vicinity, briefed her on various civic issues in the constituency.
Bedi has been on field visits every Saturday, accompanied by officials of various departments to ensure that the canals are desilted and to create a proper environment.
