The three of them were on the same flight heading to London after attending the New York Fashion Week.
A John F Kennedy International airport (JFK) law enforcement said the plane was being pushed back from its gate but unfortunately one of the wings struck a blast fence, reported TMZ.
A photo captured from inside the plane shows the tip of the wing snapped.
No injuries were reported and everyone on board were booked to the next flight to London.
Thorne, 17, posted a photo of them with goofy poses, writing, "A model, my handsome boy, and the freak in the middle... What to do when your plane crashes into a fenced wall and you have 12 hours to kill at the airport?"
Sulkin, 23, posted the same photo and captioned, "10 hours in an airport leads to girls being girls and me... well... I don't know. Being a weirdo. #nycadventures.
